These terms cover two things: using this website, and booking a service with Ari's Cleaning Services, LLC. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them. We keep these short on purpose. Full service agreement terms are provided at booking confirmation.

This website

This site and its text, photos, and design belong to Ari's Cleaning Services, LLC unless another owner is noted. You can browse it and share links to it, but you cannot copy or reuse the content for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

We keep the information on this site as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it is error free. Prices, offers, and service details on the site are estimates until confirmed directly with us.

Quotes & pricing

All quotes are provided after a brief walkthrough or phone call so we can accurately scope the work. Once confirmed, pricing will not change unless the scope changes.

Rescheduling & cancellations

We ask for 24 hours’ notice when possible. We do not charge a fee for reasonable reschedules.

Payment

We arrange payment directly with you, by phone or in person, once a booking is confirmed. This website does not process payments.

Our guarantee

If anything isn’t right, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct it at no charge.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ari's Cleaning Services, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability we have for the cleaning services themselves, which are covered separately by our service agreement and insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
